Apple Pay Poised to Launch in Vietnam

Apple Pay, the digital wallet service, is set to make its debut in Vietnam. One bank has already confirmed its support for Apple Pay, while sources indicate that three other major banks will also launch the service by the end of this month, according to VnExpress.
With Apple Pay, users can conveniently link their credit and debit card details to their iPhone or Apple Watch and make payments securely. Transactions are authenticated using Face ID or fingerprints, and devices connect via near-field communication. In many markets, users are not charged additional fees for Apple Pay, as these costs are typically covered by their respective banks.
