Warranty Policy
As we specialize in sourcing products and facilitating supplier relationships rather than selling physical goods directly, we do not provide a warranty in the traditional sense. However, we are committed to ensuring that the products sourced through our network meet quality standards and will address any issues per the Return and Exchange Policy outlined below.

Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a return and exchange policy in the following cases: if the wrong product is delivered or if the product received by the client is defective, such as being damaged or not meeting agreed specifications.

  1. Return Period: Clients are eligible for a return within 3 days of receiving the product. To qualify, the product must remain in its original condition, unused, and meet specified return conditions.

  2. Refund or Exchange Method: Clients can opt to keep the refund value as a credit for future orders or exchange the product for another of equal value. Please reach out to our customer service team for assistance with returns or exchanges.

  3. Cash Refund: If a cash refund is chosen, we will process it through the original payment method. Please allow time for processing; funds will be transferred back to the client’s account once completed.

  4. Return Cost: Return costs depend on the reason for return. For defects or issues on our end, we will cover all return expenses. For returns due to personal preference, clients may be responsible for some or all of the shipping and handling costs.
