Our products are books, novels, magazines, etc., so the warranty policy does not apply as it would for physical products. We only offer a return and exchange policy as outlined below.
Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a return and exchange policy for products in the following cases: wrong product delivered, or the product received by the customer is defective, such as being old, torn, or damaged.
1. Return period: Customers are eligible for a return within 3 days from the date of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be kept in its original condition, unused, and meet the specified return conditions.
2. Refund or exchange method: Customers can choose to keep the refund value as store credit in their account or exchange it for another product of equal value. Please contact our customer service department for assistance during the return or exchange process.
3. Cash refund: In the case of customers choosing a cash refund, we will process the refund using the same original payment method. The refund process may take some time to process, and the money will be transferred back to the customer’s account.
4. Return cost: The cost of returning the product depends on the reason for the return. In the case of a product defect caused by the manufacturer or an issue on our part, we will bear all the return costs. However, in the case of a return due to personal reasons, the customer may bear some or all of the shipping and handling costs.
